Extremely Unprofessional and Unresponsive – Avoid if PossibleI came to Germany a month before and since then, my experience with Coracle has been nothing but frustrating. Despite uploading my IBAN and updating my address promptly, I have still not received the amount from my blocked account.Even worse, my health insurance provider (TK) informed me that they haven’t received any information from Coracle regarding my insurance. As a result, I’m currently in Germany with no access to my blocked funds and no health insurance coverage — simply because Coracle has failed to do their part.They have been completely unresponsive and extremely unprofessional throughout this entire process. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially for students who rely on these services when moving to a new country. I strongly advise others to look for more reliable alternatives.
