This company has the worst customer service. After purchasing a model with a missing part, they refuse to provide the missing piece or accept a return for a refund. It's disappointing to see such actions from a supposedly reputable brand, and I will not be purchasing from them again.
This once reputable die-cast company has disappointed me with its declining quality. The re-released models seem poorly made. It would have been nice to have spare parts available, but there are hardly any options. As a fan of a specific model, it's frustrating that spares are not offered, especially in this age of 3D printing. Leaving customers with broken products is unacceptable. I expected more from a brand with such a proud heritage.
