Saw a couple of preloved jigsaws on the website and ordered them I was stunned at the condition of them as they looked basically new minus the cellophane. If your not sure whether to order or not my advice is to go for it .They arrived well packaged and im looking forward to doing them .I will certainly be buying more from the preloved section.

Just received today my last (Asterisk Jigsaw) order of the year, and I just wanted to pop a quick review on to thank Lauren for another year of excellent service (of stocking such a variety of puzzles, the super fast dispatch and brilliantly packaged orders I regularly receive and, not forgetting the caring customer service she provides to look after her customers.) Puzzles were delivered quickly and packaging was really good. Very quick response and resolution regarding a manufacturing issue with one of the puzzles. Excellent communication at every stage. A great selection of brands with free postage over £50, a great incentive to buy more!
