Starting with their customer service, awful. You need to chase them up with several emails and phone calls to get any helpful response.
I have a 2340mm PCL4G front door, not even 6 months old. It has a 5mm bow in it. BEWARE, in their warranty for external doors >2150mm they have a VERY generous tolerance of 6mm for a bow. EVEN WORSE, your warranty is VOID if you do not paint it with a "light reflective colour". I told my builder "Nuvo Homes" to paint it Monument to match our house. Were we told by either, OF COURSE NOT. Hence when I complained, they didn't offer shit.
Furthermore, our door has clear glass glazing. The glazing rebate has visible raw timber/substrate, uneven paint coverage, discoloration/staining, uneven lines between glass and frame. When I complained, they think this an acceptable level of quality.

Door supplied has an obvious warp. The builder, Xtraordinary Constructions are claiming that is within tolerance but they cant even produce a watertight build so, who knows?. You can see daylight coming through the bottom corner of the door. Seal provided does not go all the way around.
The delivery was 7 weeks late from what was promised, the update on this required me to chase them at first, advice on product and installation guide and how to maintain the door was meet with "ask your builder" and "paint the shop", no after sale advice and the attitude from the young women on the phone when chasing the delivery and asking for advice was very arrogant. On the flip side the door is lovely so no problem with the actual product just the staff need some customer service training please.
Terrible, frustrating, unreliable.We built our home with a volume builder, one of our doors needs to be repaired/replaced - Corinthian doesn't return phone calls, wont reply to emails - literally the worst company I have dealt with.Avoid at all costs.
such a frustrating experience with Corinthian Doors : i have been calling them since yesterday but no reply, sent email today and no reply. finally someone reply on Facebook messanger but still no phone call from anyone. very poor experience. hoping to get a call back as door needs urgent fixed.
Ordered new internal door, and when delivered found the quality of the doors very poor. I rested the doors, 7 in total in the backyard ready for the paint. Found 2 doors with growth marks or wood imperfections. Never again will i purchase Corinthian Doors. The total inconvenience to return a door. Its not as if I can sit it on the seat. Ended up using the old doors x 2 due no way to return.
