I lost my phone and applied on their site. It gave me the option to pay monthly and that my phone would be sent the next day so I placed the order.
I get an email nearly straight away then saying I need to prepay for 6 weeks. Their phones cost double what they would in cash but I accepted this as I was desperate but that is absolutely a miss sell!! Order was instantly cancelled as in 6 weeks I'll have saved for a new one
