They charged me triple the quote! And then, tried to blame it on me. Def smells like a scam. I was charged $50 to ship skis, and suddenly three weeks later they charged me another $100. They’re trying to blame me for selecting the wrong bag type (I didn’t). Not that it matters - they’re still quoting $50 for skis on the same route. And, I think the problem with the label was intentional on their part.
Fantastic experience with Lugless. I've used competitors previously but really appreciated the way Lugless kept me updated on the whereabouts of my snowboard (which arrived a couple days sooner than expected). And, the cost to ship the board was half of a company I had used before. Highly recommend.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. My bags did not arrive in the condition expected; the shipping box was completely smashed during transit. To make matters worse, the electronics I had packed inside have stopped working due to the impact. This was a very poor handling of my belongings, and I expected much better care for the price paid.

I will not use this service again due to the company's lack of concern for its customers. The support team and the process for claiming lost items are inadequate. Recently, I shipped four boxes to a city, and during transit, the service altered two of my boxes and redirected them. As a result, I lost valuable items worth $800. My claim was denied, and I received an email about being overweight. It’s unacceptable that the company won’t take responsibility for lost or stolen items while expecting customers to pay extra for overweight. If all my items had arrived safely, I would have considered the extra charges, but now I can't trust this service again.
I arranged for my golf clubs to be shipped in a standard-size travel bag from a retailer to a destination. Initially, I was charged $66, and the clubs arrived at my home in 3-4 days in good condition. However, about three weeks later, I received notification from the service stating that my bag exceeded the size limit set by the carrier, resulting in an additional charge of $207, bringing the total to $273. This experience has been a significant letdown.
