Avoid Cosmopolident Clinic at all costs. My experience with them has been extremely distressing and deeply disappointing. What initially appeared to be a professional dental service quickly turned into a situation filled with pressure, manipulation, and highly questionable conduct.
The clinic engages in dishonest and unethical practices. Patients are pressured into signing documents under duress, often in stressful circumstances where they are not given proper time or clarity to understand what they are signing. There is a clear lack of transparency regarding warranty coverage and financial obligations. In my case, the clinic attempted to demand additional payment for issues that were clearly related to warranty and post-treatment responsibility.
Their approach to conflict resolution is aggressive and intimidating rather than professional. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns about treatment outcomes, they resort to threats, blame-shifting, and attempts to damage a patient’s credibility. Staff behavior was unprofessional, manipulative, and at times openly hostile. This is not how a reputable medical institution should operate.
I was particularly alarmed by the way they attempted to involve third parties financially, trying to pressure someone else into paying on my behalf without any legal basis. This reflects a serious lack of ethical standards and accountability.
I now understand why the clinic changed its name and address. In my opinion, this appears to be an attempt to distance themselves from previous complaints and negative experiences. After everything that happened, nothing about their conduct surprises me anymore.
I strongly urge anyone considering dental treatment abroad to research thoroughly and exercise extreme caution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic under any circumstances. Patients deserve honesty, professionalism, and medical integrity - none of which I experienced here.

Was amazing from start to finish they made me feel so comfortable in what treatment I was having ! They wanted the best for me and done such an amazing job ! They were a 100 precent costumer focused every step of the way ! The whole team wer so welcoming and very professional!!! I would highly recommend their service x
I would highly recommend this dental clinic. I had four implants and now I have a full set of teeth again !it has been less than a week and it feels like I have my own teeth. The clinic is spotless and the staff are all friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to return here for future work if necessary. Thanks again to all concerned, I am absolutely delighted.

We appreciate his honest advices, his expertise and high quality of work.His team is highly skilled as well, efficient and kind.Dr. Üzgür speaks fluent English, which makes communication for foreigners so much easier, so several of our family members and friends from Denmark have had root canal surgery, crowns or bridges made as well as implants, all with a perfect outcome and no complications at all afterwards.Professionalism, but still for a very affordable price. We can only recommend this modern and hygienic clinic 🦷 😁
I would just like to say thank you to the hole team for level of care and support I received when I came to get my teeth done I have never received anything like it before and am looking for to going back in march and getting my permanent teeth thank you for any one looking at getting your teeth done here you would be crazy to go any where else
