After the Canon R3, I purchased a Canon RF 100-500 f/4.5-7.1 L IS USM lens. Everything was perfect, too, from the communication to the shipping, which was always timely and on time. Now I need to put my credit card on hold and then I'll make other purchases.
I bought a Sony FE 35mm f1.4 GM lens at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, the first unit arrived with a factory defect (DOA). I was very worried since I ordered from Italy, but the support team (Rebecca) was outstanding.
They immediately provided a prepaid DHL return label (at no cost to me) and, upon my request, they manually inspected the replacement unit before shipping it to ensure it was perfect.
The replacement lens arrived quickly and is absolutely flawless. Honest, professional, and reliable company even if something goes wrong. Highly recommended for international/EU buyers!

I typically don’t buy photo equipment from such sellers. Upon receiving the package, the first thing I checked on the camera body was the French menu, and it was included, with firmware installed for Europe. Absolutely perfect; I can affirm that the seller is reliable.

I purchased two cameras, each at a price 500 euros lower than the retail cost. Despite reading numerous positive reviews, I was a bit anxious about the delivery time, fearing it would be delayed beyond the promised schedule. However, they arrived within 10 business days, perfectly timed for Christmas for both my girlfriend and me! :) I only wish there was some basic tracking available for the shipment outside the EU, as I had no updates until it reached the EU (the order status was 'Processing' for 9 of those 10 days, and then UPS delivered it in just one day from Germany to Austria). The package was extremely well protected, and everything with the cameras is great.
