Although the material appears to be of good quality, I measured and remeasured three times before placing my order. I was really excited when it finally arrived after a week of shipping from NJ to CA. The fabric quality is definitely a plus, but unfortunately, the fit was completely off. I called the customer service number but only reached voicemail. I’m patient and just hoping we can work together to resolve the sizing issue.To help prevent this from happening in the future, it might be helpful if the website included clearer guidance on how to take accurate measurements maybe indicating to request an additional 2-3inches.
