Great service, very helpful customer support.I spent ages trying to find a replacement charger for my laptop. I bought a few from other places that looked to be the same but were all slightly different.Rang Coywood, told them my model and they told me the right charger. They explained that Asus has changed the charger part numbers so even though I was buying what looked to be the right one it was no longer the right one.Ordered in in the afternoon and arrived the next and now I can use my laptop again.
I am very disappointed in this service! I ordered my asus charger mid-day Sunday after my pup thought my charger was his new chew toy! I paid for next day delivery and it didn't come till Tuesday!! 😭😂 Jokes aside, top service plenty of communication from these guys and it arrived bang on time. Thank you 😊🙏
My Asus charger started going on the blink and I needed a replacement fast - I found Coywood and contacted their customer service, who were really helpful and informative. I ordered the correct charger from them and it was delivered to me in Ireland within 3 working days. It fits and works perfectly and is exactly what I needed, and it was so reasonably priced as well! I’m hugely impressed and deeply thankful, hardly anywhere stocks genuine chargers for a decent price and I know where I’ll be going in the future if I ever need charger replacements! I can work on my college assignments and study for my exams without having to worry about my laptop dying and being unable to be charged, which was becoming a serious worry. Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me pinpoint my laptop issue on the phone. They were very reassuring to deal with as I generally find tech problems baffling. I ordered the part from them online and I was pleased it was a genuine HP part as I believe copies, while sometimes cheaper, can damage equipment. The part arrived exactly on time and my faithful laptop is now working as it should. Perfect!
We presented the issues we had regarding pop up viruses and slowness on the two laptops.Both issues were remedied promptly, professionally and efficiently and now both laptops are a joy to use.Cost of both repairs were reasonable and totally acceptably affordable.
After spending most of the summer holidays searching for a replacement laptop charger for my daughter's laptop, I stumbled on Coywood on Monday lunchtime locating the correct charger and was with us by midday Tuesday. I urgently needed to replace a faulty charger for an Acer Swift 3 laptop but really struggled to find the correct one online, with numerous chargers being advertised for the same model laptop, but each of them differing in spec and name. My husband then found Coywood, which looked like it was selling genuine chargers with clear descriptions, and good reviews. And for good reason! Coywood's customer service is excellent! I accidently chose a charger with the wrong power rating, and James was able to respond to our query promptly, enabling us to change the order before it was dispatched.
