Absolutley first rate service, in dispair, charger (2nd one, "compatable") packed in on Monday evening, went to local shops recommended by Google, one chap very helpful (seemed mostly to do repairs) looked up the genuine part for my rather elderly Acer on his phone and sent me the Coywood link. Went home ordered the charger about midday, was on my doorstep at 11am the next morning. Amazed, I live in Northern Ireland, so double well done being so quick. Definately My go to place from now on.

Excellent service. Ordered a new laptop charger which is no longer available from the manufacturer. I received a friendly email asking me to confirm my laptop model. Staff confirmed it was the correct charger and posted it out to me straight away. Received a new genuine charger within a few days.
My first experience of buying anything computer wise since I bought my laptop in 2011.I needed a new power lead and was overwhelmed by the websites offering what supposedly I was looking for.One by one I searched for reviews about products and customer service, and one by one I discounted them until I found Coywood Computers.other companies had UK email address, postal address and phone number (to try to look like they were UK based but you only had to read their websites to know they were not).Great products, great prices and great service - will definitely use again.
Thank you for your excellent service. The power supply arrived safely as promised, and on time.It is great to see that you provide genuine products from the same sources as the original laptop manufacturer rather than cheap clones. I saw yet another report of an electric scooter bursting into flames this morning, and those are usually due to the chargers being cheap and nasty.
Having found this UK based company, I telephoned them to check that my order was correct. They were very helpful indeed, and answered all my queries. Very satisfied.Edit: Item ordered 11 a.m. on a Friday, received 11 a.m. the next day. Item is exactly as promised. Don't bother going anywhere else, this company does it properly and quickly.
I needed a new Asus Monitor power cable quickly for work and came across this company which seemed to be one of the few places to stock genuine ASUS spares. Ordered next business day on Sunday and it was with me early Tuesday as they dispatched it first thing on Monday morning. Will be sure to use them again heaven forbid the second screen goes!
