Ordered a new asus laptop charger after realising another company called ****uk chargers wasnt actually uk at all and wasting money to get no reply either...so i found coywood computers brilliant service excellent fast next day delivery and exactly what i needed,great correspondence,will definitely be using this company again ,thank you
Absolutely AMAZING service - ordered late on Tuesday night, delivered first thing Thursday morning for £3.33 and working as I type.I really needed these cables so I can work in different parts of the house and take with me regularly when I go away.I have a new HP laptop and don't want it damaged with cheap replacement chargers - genuine ones from Coywood are just a couple of pounds more and the service is 10 star - thanks a million Coywood staff
I ordered a charger for my Acer chromebook. The charger I received was not the one I ordered. I emailed coywood and they said they only sell genuine products and they are exactly the same as shown on their website. When I pointed out that mine wasn't and that I was mislead they didn't bother to reply. I would definitely avoid this company. In reply to you . The 3rd email you sent was after you read my review and your reply was rude and moaning about this review not about the problem. You stated that I would get the exact item that was in the picture. I didn't. I explained that it was to much hassle to have the item returned or collected. Because the item wasn't the same I believe it to be fake but I decided to use it only while I was in the same room in case it went on fire. After about 20 minutes it got very hot infact it was that hot I unplugged it and had to pick it up with oven gloves. I have other adapters that do get warm but nothing like the 1 you sent me. Update I didn't try the item until yesterday. Once it got hot I threw it in the bin. As for walking to the post office in 5 minutes I am probably not as fit and healthy as you and your post office might be closer than mine. Either way the item you sent me was not as described and I have thrown it away because I consider it to be dangerous and wouldn't like to think of you reselling it
The charger I ordered was to replace the original on my old Dell. Had tried using the Dell website to find a replacement, but the pictures and lack of description was not helping my search. Even some of the customer purchase reviews were reporting discrepancies, wrong plug, different shape, didn’t fit – Dell are notoriously difficult around spare parts. The Coywood website used Photos, plug size details and pictures to help. My order to Coywood was placed just after 2PM, and was delivered 2PM Royal Mail the next day, 4 minutes after receiving, the charger was in use. Yes, the new part was an exact match in every way possible, and works exactly like the original. I would definitely use this company again, and have written personally to thank them.
I have an old HP HDX16 1005EA Laptop which I could no longer use as my battery charger was not working.I approached James who was most helpful in finding the correct charger for my machine and two days later it arrived.When I connected it, everything started working again. I cannot recommend this company enough for sorting my problem out in both a courteous and timely manner.
