Disappointing experience with the mask

I have the N 20 mask with a nose piece, which was suggested for allergy sufferers. Unfortunately, after receiving it, I found that the nose piece cannot be removed for cleaning. I've spent 30 minutes trying to detach it, but it's stuck, and I’m left feeling that it’s just poorly made.

Disappointing Product Quality

Dishonest Practices

This service is dishonest. They promise fast delivery but take nearly a week to process orders, creating chaos. There is no 'Next Day' option. When they make mistakes, they charge you more than the original price for the same item. This is what dishonest businesses do—overcharge when they err. Look elsewhere for your needs!

Terrible Replacement Policy

I purchased a CPAP device less than a year ago, and the heating function has stopped working, causing discomfort and nosebleeds. After speaking with multiple representatives, the only solution offered was to send my machine for repair, which could take 6-12 weeks. I asked what to do in the meantime, and they suggested purchasing a new one for $400 as a backup. They don’t provide loaners or alternatives, which is unacceptable for a medical device. Even after trying to reach a supervisor, my calls went unanswered.

Exceptional Customer Support!

Avoid This Service

Avoid this service; they are untrustworthy and deceptive. I ordered a mask assembly, only to be told later that a prescription was needed after they charged me. There was no prior warning. When I attempted to cancel, they informed me that ordering each piece separately wouldn’t require a prescription. This feels like a scam! Additionally, they added a delivery surcharge that I had to opt out of manually. This business practice is appalling. I regret not taking legal action against such exploitative practices.

Frustrating Experience with Shipping Fees

This service used to excel in fast support and delivery. However, it seems they have outsourced much of this, resulting in slower response times. They also added mandatory lost package insurance fees in a small section of the orders that I overlooked. When I raised this with customer support, they blamed me for not opting out and advised me to be more careful next time.
