I placed an order on July 16, 2025, for a power supply and filter pack, but the item was never delivered despite receiving an invoice and payment confirmation. I attempted to contact them multiple times via phone and email—no response. After waiting with no updates, I had to buy the item from another provider to avoid delays affecting my needs. As a professional, I depend on reliable suppliers. This experience was completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend against ordering from this company unless you want to risk wasting time and money.
What a fantastic experience! I ordered the wrong machine and only realized it after setting it up. I expected to hear that it was too bad, but my contact was incredibly helpful and arranged for me to get the correct unit effortlessly.
