Customer service is a scam!!!!A month ago They tricked me into thinking that i had been shortlisted in a draw to receive collavita for 79 kr. I instantly unsubscribed and they confirmed. A month later they sent me 4 months of collavita at once that i did not order and attached an invoice demand to the amount of 1700kr. They wont pick calls or respond to emails.
The supplement is poorly packaged in a flimsy cardboard box without any humidity protection. As a result, the pills spoiled and fused together within a few weeks. Additionally, be aware that this is a recurring delivery, which I overlooked. Consequently, I ended up discarding the first package, but they sent a second one and started demanding payment. Despite my explanations, they ignored my concerns, refused to change the packaging, and continued to pursue payment.

This company is very misleading. They advertise a 'free trial' on social media, and I regret clicking on this offer. I received a small package with some tablets and an invoice for 149 NOK, which I paid immediately. Two weeks later, I received another invoice for over 2,300 NOK, even though no additional package arrived. This company seems highly unreliable, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of them.
I recently visited the product page on social media and was automatically subscribed without providing payment details or confirming any order. I reached out to customer service immediately to state that I do not approve any subscription or order. They replied that the subscription was canceled but did not confirm that no purchase was made. I want to stress that forcing customers into unwanted subscriptions erodes trust. Please do not pressure me into purchasing something I do not need. If any product is sent to me, I will take legal action. Please respect customers' choices.
I want to express my dissatisfaction with how my case has been handled. After taking the product, I had a severe allergic reaction. Following my doctor’s advice, I stopped taking it and sought urgent medical attention. I provided official documentation from my doctor stating that I should not take the product. Despite this, the company has not removed the charges and added an additional 200 DKK to the original invoice of 1,300 DKK. This behavior is unfair and unprofessional, especially since the product caused a serious reaction. Instead of receiving support, my charges have continued to increase without justification. I expect the company to take responsibility and not charge me for a product that caused a severe allergic reaction.
