Fitting for water was broken off in unit. I was able to remove broken part and replace with fitting from hardware store. Tabs for wiring on switch were broken off and I ordered a new switch from Amazon. It works now. Also was missing all of the nozzle attachments and bought some from Lowes. I would have sent it back but didn’t want to wait on a new one. The cost for me to fix it was about $50 and an hours worth of time. Would have been a bigger hassle to repackage, ship, and wait on a new one.
Since I can't see what order this is referring to because the website does not display orders in the past 30 days (60 days does work but does not show the recent order), I can't know for sure what order you are referring to.The last order was fine. One item came quickly, one item I got an email on 10/6 indicating it just shipped and arrived on 10/7.
