Awful experience – feels like a scam. Be cautious! The website allowed me to book training for the next day, but only after payment did it reveal that the online component takes 5–10 hours and must be completed by midnight. I didn’t have enough time to finish, yet they still took my money. I attempted to contact them to reschedule—no phone support, and it took weeks to get a proper email response. Initially, they agreed to refund me, then suddenly changed their mind and never returned my money. Terrible service, no flexibility, and a shady operation overall. Avoid this service at all costs.
The online learning materials are excellent and thorough. However, the in-person assessment was lacking – we were rushed through and encouraged to skip parts, not completing a full 2 minutes of CPR. No CPR masks were provided, so rescue breaths on the mannequin were not performed. The trainer was abrupt when I didn’t understand his instructions. We were pressured to write 5-star reviews during the class, with mention of a weekly prize for the best review. I cannot recommend this service.
