Poor Customer Service

The loops you have to run to get any kind of support from the company is abhorrent. The emails are useless and was informed that any assistance provided by them (via email or phone) will result in a $30 admin fee. The workers are from overseas and must work for commission as this is not the standard we expect from a company proclaiming

"We're proud to be awarded Best First Aid Training Provider 2026!"

As a consumer of their services, the quality of customer service has severely declined over the past year. Emailing with them only to get condescending messages in response to informing them that their payment system was not working correctly, or the incomplete booking was not showing the correct course that was definitely chosen.

The whole process is unnecessarily complicated.

Tried another company and the person emailing changed the booking within minutes of us sending the request and did not incur additional "admin fees".

Please hesitate when thinking about booking with this company.

Avoid this service completely!

This service is a scam! AVOID COMPLETELY! I booked and paid for a CPR course, but it was canceled three times, each time with less than 24 hours notice! When I called to request a refund, I was told to send an email, and after a week, I still haven’t received any response. I am still waiting for the money for a course that never occurred, and I had to find another option, pay again, and redo my online learning. This situation is unacceptable. I will continue pursuing my refund and escalate this matter further. AVOID THIS SERVICE!

This service is a scam! STEER CLEAR! I booked and paid for my CPR course, which was canceled three times, all with less than 24 hours notice! When I called to request a refund, I was told to send an email, but after a week, no one has responded. I'm still owed the money for a course that never happened and had to pay for another course and redo my online learning. This is unacceptable. I will continue pursuing my refund and escalate this matter. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE!

Read the terms and conditions carefully before booking...

Read the terms and conditions very carefully before booking and paying for their courses. If you arrive even a minute late, they lock the door, and you must rebook and pay again. Their terms are extremely harsh and misleading, as they do not inform you of this at the time of booking (or any other terms for that matter).

Disappointing customer service

Disappointing customer service. Transitioned to AI-only agents and emails. I faced an issue with my course not linking to my account and spent hours trying to resolve it, but they refused to call me. I would advise against using this service.

Extremely poor customer service experience

I had a very frustrating and extremely poor customer service experience, hoping this feedback can lead to improvement. I was scheduled to attend a session on November 14th. 48 hours prior, I left multiple messages and made numerous phone calls for support, as I could not log in or reset my account to complete the required modules. No one returned my call. 24 hours out, I again reached out for help, but no one responded. Even 5 hours before the session, I tried again, but still no response. I emailed to explain my situation and that I could not attend due to the inability to complete the modules. Since then, I have sent numerous emails and made countless calls, waiting on hold for hours, only to reach voicemail. Only one call was returned from a representative, but I missed it. I returned the call, but again was sent to voicemail. I've repeatedly requested that someone, preferably a manager, contact me to discuss this situation, but to no avail. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the terrible service and lack of resolution compels me to share my experience.

Terrible experience with cancellations

I had the worst experience as my course was canceled twice. I had to call to reschedule and was asked to pay again. They then offered me a class a week later, despite the website stating they hold daily courses. I needed my certificate well before the next course date and demanded a refund, but was told I couldn’t speak to a manager and had to email my refund request due to their lack of service and consistent last-minute cancellations. I'm still waiting for a response or refund. I paid with a one-time card, so I cannot cancel the payment. My advice is to look elsewhere.

AVOID at all costs

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. AVOID THIS SERVICE. They may seem affordable, but when you need help, they will stonewall you or charge extra fees. If they cancel your class last minute, they expect you to accept it without question. The trainers are good, but the management is untrustworthy. Pay a bit more and use another service.

Immediate email after booking ignored

I emailed right after booking my session as I realized there were 10 hours of online training and I wouldn't be prepared. I requested to change my session time well before their 48-hour deadline. The service took days to respond and then required me to pay again to rebook, even though the delay was their fault. I would not recommend this service.
