I spent a significant amount on this item, but the nose pads kept coming off. After contacting the manufacturer, I learned there was no solution. I wouldn't buy from them again, as the product feels poorly constructed despite its high price.

I've supported this brand for years, and it's disheartening to see such treatment of customers. It seems the company avoids accountability, and I plan to report this issue. If you're a person of color, be wary—this brand's claimed values are not reflected in their stores.
