The Torch is a wonderful product, but, it arrived in smashed up packaging, and when I opened it to put the battery in, the rubber O-Ring fell out on the table....
Obviously broken before transportation....Quality Control issue...
Instead of replacing the 20 cent O-Ring....
Advised to send the whole thing back to be dumped in Landfill, and a new product to be sent to me, after the old one has been received....
WTF...The world is doomed....
Very Very disappointing for a Torch that costs 35 euro...
I used Skroutz other times as well with excellent experience. This time I was disappointed with the person who was supposed to deliver the item in my house. He did not come to my house, probably made a mistake, maybe went to neighbours. My wife was at home and nobody came. I could not reply his call and when I returned the call 3 minutes later he was not replying to any of my calls. I called several times. I picked up the item from Skroutz point which was very convenient. I will use this way in the future whenever possible.
I ordered from skroutz cy and I received the products from Greece. My order was bedsheets Kentia big size and I got one for kids and another one that i didn't ordered but I don't care since the size is ok..never again
I ordered a medication for my sick dog which I couldn't find anywhere. I ordered Thursday at 10 am and I received friday at 2 oclock from Greece to malta. What to say! Thanks I will order again !
After a store accepted my order and held my payment while GPU prices surged, they canceled my order without any explanation. I attempted to leave a review stating, "If they didn’t want to sell at that price, they should never have accepted the order," but it was rejected by the platform without a clear reason, just a vague list of guidelines. On the positive side, the refund was processed swiftly. However, the lack of transparency gives the impression that the platform favors sellers over customers, particularly in a marketplace setting. I would recommend avoiding purchases of items with fluctuating prices like PC components there.
I waited for my order, but the driver failed to deliver three times in a row despite clear instructions. I wasted a lot of time on things I urgently needed. I tried reaching out via phone, but only received responses from an automated system. Now I have to make a long trip without my items, and I still have another order pending. The delivery was slow, and the service was lacking.
Poor customer support, unable to assist with delivery problems. It took a month for an order to arrive from one country to another.
The estimated delivery date changed daily with no assistance from the support team. Prices for items increased significantly when selecting a delivery address outside the origin country, in addition to shipping costs.
Their solution was to offer a €10 voucher or suggest canceling the order!
This has turned into one of the most disappointing shopping platforms in Greece. The delivery service is highly problematic and slow, especially since they have partnered with a notoriously unreliable courier. Furthermore, the service fails to protect customers from fraudulent sellers and scalpers, often blocking negative reviews of confirmed orders.
I am let down by the delivery issue since I opted for express shipping, expecting the package to arrive by 08/12 after ordering on 28/11, but it only arrived on 15/12. This was quite disappointing. On a positive note, I am glad that the items came in excellent condition.
