This was my first time ordering from Crab Dynasty. It was easy to place the order and the delivery arrived as promised. The soft shell crabs were very small and not that good. The jumbo and colossal shrimp were good but a bit overpriced.
I bought gift certificate. But I had questions. Emailed several times - no reponse except a notice that you received email. I called and left voicemail several times. No response. Have had your crabs before and they were very good. But you customer service is very bad.
