I placed an order and have no idea where my item is! I got a confirmation email that my order was received and there is a link to check on status. The link does not work. I’ve emailed the company with no reply. I was really looking forward to the item I purchased as it was a gift. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

They look fantastic, just as I wanted

I ordered several laundry baskets from Craftfash. It did take a long time to receive them, and they arrived in several shipments, but they are exactly as pictured. I love them all. I received a notice that my order was placed, and got a little worried after a month passed, so I emailed the company to ask if they would be shipping soon. I recall prompt reply, and the first package came a couple weeks later. I have received all my order. I would order again - just know that it takes a long time for shipping.

Two VW bus bags

I ordered two different VW bus duffel bags and while it did take several weeks to get them, they are pretty nearly what was pictured. They are large, quilted print sunflower fabric, lined and with a two-way zipper. I texted several times Jennifer in customer service and she was prompt and accurate in her response. I’m very pleased.

The hippie van bag I received was not what was displayed on their website. On their website it was a hand quilted bag; what I received used patterned fabric instead. It was still nice, but not as advertised.

I wish I had seen these reviews first

I wish I had checked these reviews before wasting my money on this overpriced, poorly made bag. It looks NOTHING like the pictures on the website! As others have said, this is yet another Chinese scam site designed soley to rip you off.
