Review Time
I placed an order and have no idea where my item is! I got a confirmation email that my order was received and there is a link to check on status. The link does not work. I’ve emailed the company with no reply. I was really looking forward to the item I purchased as it was a gift. I’m very disappointed to say the least.
Sadly found another Chinese company using fancy internet site and photos of FALSE products YOU will never get... just like The Hats from China, garbage. Save your money and go to a real store buy what you're HOLDING in your hand, where you can SEE and FEEL the QUALITY of the product. What I'm doing now-a-days.
Please DO NOT buy from Craftfash. It is yet another online Chinese based scam store that pretends to sell quilted bags but actually all you will receive (if you ever receive anything) is a poor quality 'printed image' item on an even worse quality bag that will cost you more than the product itself to return to China... and that they will refuse to refund you on. Check out reviews on the likes of Tidenox, Tidense, Missyusabags, etc. They're all the same. Please don't waste your money.
Ordered a quilted VW bag. What I received was an ordinary bag (no quilting) with a poorly printed image of a VW bus. It was not even shaped like a VW bus! It looked nothing like any of the pictures on their website! This company is a fraud and a scam!
A top I ordered was not anything like the photo. Same fabric but not the style. I ordered a quilted bag. It is not quilted! When I complained the company said that since it was not a "quality" issue that I could not return the items. I said that AI had enhanced the photo of the bag. They came back with a $15% discount on a future order! I said I would never order from them again.I would give them 0 stars if I could.
