Very bad the company does not want to refund my money back it been a week they busy telling that they will initiate compensation after I rated them (4 or 5) and the assistant Elsa respond late to inquires, I regret making payments to this company , clearly they are scammers

It was a ling for a gift box for a…

It was a link for a filling a survey, after it it should be a gift box with the discount. After filling the survey, it was requesting to pay small amount (which was ok), around 9eur. but later the system requested more money from my card without my authorization. Maybe it was written somewhere and I’ve missed it, but for sure I didn’t agree for a regular payments with or without the subscription. Additionally they subscribe me for a membership, upgrade me and asked me to pay more for the subscription. After the Contact the support team to cancel my subscription, they promised to cancel my subscription and I believe they did, but just in case I’ve blocked my card used for payment. I still think that all information about subscription/money should be written in a clear way
