Easy to use app. Based on: the excellant reviews regarding the products, the pictures posted showing children using the products, and the descriptions of the educational benefits as described, I purchased one of the "Learner Toys".
DO NOT order from this company. Toy took over 3 weeks to be delivered, does not work and although their website states "Free Returns" within 14 days, that is not true. They will not pay for return shipping and make it EXTREMELY difficult to get "permission" to return an item. Shipping return address that took me two weeks to get from them is in Italy and would have cost me $92 to return. Big scam and save your money and frustration. They are awful and do not try to help you resolve your issue. I had no idea item was being shipped from overseas with a 3 week delivery. No tracking info was available for weeks and then too late to cancel. Horrible company!!!
I strongly advise against purchasing from this website. My items took three weeks to arrive and were damaged. When I reached out to customer support, I received no reply. After three attempts, this was the email I got (not sure about the emojis): "In this case, we are offering the following options: 1. 60% Gift Card = We apologize for the issue, but we cannot determine how the item was used. You can use it to repurchase or select something else from our store! 🤔🙃 2. 5% Refund of the item price = We regret the inconvenience and wish to refund you. We hope you might consider our store again in the future, as we have many toys available! 😊🙄 Please let us know your preference; we are here to assist you!"
This store is not reliable and seems fraudulent. I placed an order for $215.01 and have yet to receive the items. The support team is unresponsive and seems to be making excuses regarding the delivery status. There has been no update on the tracking number since December 18th. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get scammed.
I ordered several items earlier this fall and finally received a notification that they had shipped, but they never arrived. I reached out to the company in the second week of December and was given a tracking number that showed the shipment was stuck in Minneapolis. The Post Office informed me that the company needed to request a search for the package. I contacted them and explained the situation to a representative, but their response was that they would look into it. When I tried to follow up, I found that the email address was no longer valid and the website was unavailable.
Extremely disappointing! I placed an order for Christmas gifts on 12/11, as the website assured delivery before Christmas. Now, on 1/2, my order still hasn't arrived. I've tried reaching out for assistance, but only received responses from an AI agent. I ended up purchasing alternative gifts to ensure my children had something to open. I want this order canceled and my money refunded.
I strongly advise against buying from this seller. I was taken aback to discover that my purchase was in USD, which was not clearly stated anywhere. The shipping was painfully slow, and communication was lacking. Two of the purchased items were defective, and all appeared to be of poor quality. They advertised a free toy, which turned out to be a small glitter-filled Santa that poses a choking hazard. When I attempted to return the items, I did not receive a return address, and after several follow-up emails, I finally got one that didn't specify a country. Upon further investigation, I found out the return address was in Italy, with a return cost of $76 AUD, which I had to cover for faulty items.
I would give it a lower rating if possible. I strongly advise against using this platform. I ordered a fantastic toy for my grandson but never received it. The tracking information is unreliable and doesn't add up. It claims to ship from England, yet it originated in Shenyang, China. I also checked their customer support, which is quite disappointing and is evident on their website. It raises concerns to see that they only have three people in the customer service department.
The service was appalling. I received damaged and defective items, and they expect me to cover the return shipping costs. It's completely absurd. They behave as if this is standard practice. While they claim to accept returns, they leave it up to their discretion whether to issue a full refund. I would not have chosen them had I known about their unethical practices. This has spoiled my grandson's Christmas. I intend to share my experience widely and file complaints with relevant agencies.
We purchased the large balloons and inflated them to around 50cm, which is below the recommended size, yet both burst at the seam within two minutes of use. The quality was very poor, and we were charged extra in US dollars instead of AU. This feels like another subpar drop shipping experience.
