Review Time
I ordered a pair of waterproof, fleece lined trousers on the 15th January. These took a week to arrive and when tried on, were too long. They were a lovely product though so I actioned an exchange, and sent the back (paid by myself) for a shorter size. They received these back and they were received by them on the 23rd January. I emailed after a couple of weeks to ask where my exchange was to be told that they wasn’t sure what size they needed to be exchanged for. Why they didn’t email and ask once receiving a product back or at least refund me, I don’t know. I sent confirmation of what I needed to exchange for but all these weeks later, after continuously chasing, apparently my item is out of stock until next autumn. So offered me a refund which I accepted. To add insult to injury, I’ve received a partial refund as they don’t refund postage! Regardless of the postage costs to me to send back. Awful company to deal with, terrible customer service which is a shame as the product looked good.
I really like Cuddlr pants. They are exactly as advertised. They are very well made. I've been doing chores and snow blowing and I stayed warm. I had purchased a different brand earlier this year but they were not of this quality. 1 pair was damaged and did not have the fleece lining in the entire leg. The company offered me a refund of $20.00. Quite a loss. I also had to sew the pockets together as they were not stitched at the bottom.
I can not rate the trousers and jacket enough. I stay in a very windy part of the county and you would not know it when dressed in my cuddlr cloths. The customer service is second to none, rectifying a wee issue I had in no time. I also suffer badly with a number of autoimmune issues and these trousers help massively so much so my sister and mother in law have made purchases. Go on you will not be disappointed. A1 service and product.
Easy to order. I ordered the jacket as I already have two pairs of the trousers which have been my best buy of the winter so far.
I use them for walking the dogs and for after cold water swimming. I couldn't be without them now.
Definitely tick the boxes for warm and windproof, but I just wore them for the first time today to walk the dog in moderate (not heavy/torrential) rain for about 45 minutes and they're definitely not waterproof. Within 5 minutes my knees were feeling wet. Thought it was because of contact points (but I'm guessing most customers come equipped with knees). Within 15 minutes I had trickles of water down my legs, inside the trousers. So I'd say excellent for cold, dry weather, or in an unheated building/barn, but don't expect them to keep your legs fully dry.
I returned a pair of pants due to receiving the incorrect size (the package was mislabeled). Today, 12/9/25, I received the replacement pants and they fit perfectly! I included an explanation with the return, and there was no dispute from your side—just quick action to resolve the issue...great work!
These items are wonderfully warm; I can't picture my life without them. They're waterproof, and the ordering process is straightforward. I chose a medium jacket and trousers since I'm petite at 5 feet tall, and I got the bundle, which is fantastic value.
The initial pair I received was too large, so I needed to return them. The shipping could have been quicker. However, the product itself is fantastic and keeps me warm. It's a little snug where the legs connect, but I assume there will be a "breaking in" period. I spend most of my time in the barn (in a cold climate) waiting for the arrival of goat kids. With temperatures at zero degrees Fahrenheit yesterday, these were a true lifesaver!
