Scam!

I don't know what this company does. I was ordering an item for 9.99 and saw that an additional separate service was attempting to take 9.99 from my account. Bait and switch tactic.

Membership refund

After being told initially by a Craftvow member service tech on the phone that my membership was non refundable, I was able to receive a prompt response via email and confirmation that the purchase would be refunded. I am not entirely sure how my debit card was charged, and still figuring out if it was fraudulent. I insisted that the membership sign up was not of my doing. They understood and asked if I would write a review here. Be careful what you click on social media….

When a person says something like "I didn't do it, someone has my information again", please cancel. Being on the income I receive, there are no little extras. After multiple emails back and forth and saying I was gonna get ahold of the BBB. My reimbursement showed up yesterday.
