The trip balanced adventure, culture, and relaxation perfectly. I returned with wonderful memories, new friendships, and a deep appreciation for Indonesia. If you're considering booking, go for it! I had the most amazing trip with craic on travels, from the beginning to the end. By the time it was over , I just wanted the week to start all over again! Colin and Isabelle are so kind and have such amazing friendly, positive energy. I loved the structure of everything and the free time in between. You meet the most incredible- like minded people that by the end of it you won’t believe you were all only strangers days prior. Big shoutout to Colin on his first solo led trip and for taking us all around India and being such a great guide on the most amazing trip that gave me memories I’ll cherish forever- with the best group of people! This was genuinely one of the best trips I've taken. The places we visited were stunning, and the atmosphere created by the hosts allowed everyone to bond seamlessly. I’ve made friendships for life. Travelling to India for Diwali with Craic on Tours was a once in a life time experience. The trip was so well organised and led. Colin and Isabelle are so passionate about what they do and genuinely care for those who choose to travel with them and this was reflected throughout the trip. They are so respectful and mindful of each country they go to and encourage their groups to do the same through providing education around the culture of the country and by ensuring they have a local guide on each trip.Colin was the tour leader on the trip I went on and I can’t thank him enoughfor all his hard work. I ended up being sick for a little bit on the trip and he made me feel so supported and looked after - he went above and beyond!! He was always there to provide endless amounts of info and advice for the group while also being great craic too. He organised everything so well and I always felt like we were in great hands. Travelling to India can be a daunting experience with all the negative stories you here but Colin and Isabelle are so in love with the country and have so much experience there that it really puts you at ease and encourages you to leave what you’ve heard behind and open up to have your own experience with India. I can honestly say I fell in love with India and will 100% be back. I already cannot wait to go on another trip with Craic on Travels. I can’t fully put into words how amazing my experience with them was. Trust these two random people who pop up on your TikTok and you’ll be in for a once in a lifetime experience 💛
I recently went to India with Craic on Travels on the Diwali experience. As someone who has solo traveled previously I have always wanted to go to India but didn’t feel confident going solo. When I seen the group trip advertised I jumped at the chance to go and I’m so glad I did!! From the jam packed itinerary, amazing hosts and authentic cultural experience I’m so grateful to Colin and Isabelle for the time and effort they put into planning this trip. Their continuous support through out the trip in answering all of our many questions and concerns put us all at ease and allowed us to have the most amazing trip from start to finish.I know myself and the group I done the India trip with are eagerly waiting to see what trips craic on travels have in store for 2026, I have no doubt we will all be back on board again. Whether you have always solo traveled or even if you’ve never left the country I’d highly recommend going with Craic on Travels, I can’t fault any aspect of the experience! I could not recommend Craic on Travels more if I tried!!I have just traveled the Philippines with Craic on travels and it was the most amazing experience. Isabelle and Colin had everything planned and so organised, we had a change in schedule due to a Typhoon which we did not even notice. I have never felt so at ease putting my trust into a company from the weeks leading up to the trip & during the trip, they couldn’t have been more helpful. I met some of the most amazing people on this trip who I’ll remember for a life time, the execrations was amazing and I don’t think they genuinely could have done anything different that would have made this better than it already was. I cannot to see more parts of the world with Craic On Travels. Special shout out to our tour guide Izzy, his knowledge and energy simply cannot be topped.
