Karen millen offers a refund with a gift card but it is a cynical trap. The cards lack pin numbers so are useless at check out. Whatsapp AI agents lie to you for weeks that the situation has been resolved when it has not. I have £200 in unuseable refunds from recent orders. This is a shameless scam from a well known retail group. It is theft.

Purposely not refunding customers

It appears that Karen Millen are not proactively issuing refunds, relying on customers to follow up if they notice. I have been chasing a refund since February 2025, and a second item from a purchase made in August 2025 has also still not been refunded.

AVOID - NOT THE COMPANY IT USED TO BE

I placed an order with Karen Millen a couple of months ago and returned a number of items. I didn't consciously request a refund by gift voucher but somehow that was what I received. I can only assume they have changed their default refund to gift vouchers and buyers have to change it. I contacted them immediately and advised this wasn't the method I would like. They rejected my request and I was stuck with the voucher which came with an expiry date. A month later I purchased more items using the vouchers value and paid the rest on my card. I returned one item and made sure I ticked original payment method. But another voucher arrived despite me using the whole amount and it retained the original expiry date. I then tried to use the voucher but couldn't as it was requesting a PIN number that hadn't been supplied. At this stage I raised a formal complaint, and the response was defensive, and extremely un helpful, and still no PIN number. I have used this company for decades especially when it used to be a quality retailer, now it is a cheap company with cheap customer service. Just don't waste your money!!

If I could put zero stars I would

If I could put zero stars I would. I have problems in returning my items and have contacted customer service via WhatsApp and get AI who has not answered my question . I then contacted customer service via email but Jae got no answer. I have 3 items to return which I cannot return at the moment as I need a return label issued. There is no customer service number to call, the whole process is unbelievable . Never thought such a company should be able to operate like this in the UK. The quality have gone down terribly, last time I ordered from them (a year ago) the quality was much better . Do not buy from them, it’s not worth the hassle. Will be raising a case through my credit card and will definitely delete their app.

This is definitely the end of karen millen brand. I just hope I can retrieve my money. The portal to return doesn't work. The customer service doesn't reply.

SHOCKING !!

SHOCKING !!! Customer service My coat was delivered by Evri and left on my doorstep and was stolen . I had a swap and protect that I paid for when placing the order . I’ve spent five days constantly sending messages and emails to their customers service .. because the portal form isn’t submitting . To constantly getting reply’s from AI . I will now be doing a charge back via my bank . Never will I order from them again just shocking .

Karen Millen ignore customers

Karen Millen has refused to issue a refund and instead repeatedly promised gift vouchers that never arrive or don’t work. I’ve sent over 10 emails with no response and 50+ WhatsApp messages, all of which are polite apologies saying the issue will be resolved — but nothing ever happens.I’ve been sent vouchers that don’t work, promised replacements that never come, and then completely ignored. It’s been exhausting and incredibly frustrating trying to get money back that I’m entitled to.Beware of buying from this site. If you need a refund, be prepared for delays, broken promises, and no real customer support.
