Doesn't respond to support emails

I've emailed CrazyGames twice about something regarding my game I'm trying to upload, and why it's been getting rejected after I've carefully read through the quality guidelines. I emailed them on November 23rd, and then again on December 6th. I have gotten no response ever since.

They delete saves so you just waste time

I played a couple of games that use a saving system. The saves disappeared in a week, so all my progress was gone. I wrote them a message, but nobody answered back. When people invest time in your content, try to respect the time they spent into this. Sad attitude.

I had an issue with some progress on one of my saved games and the VP of Marketing, Rafael, was so helpful with resolving it. He went above and beyond and was extremely patient and understanding and I was able to resume with my saved progress. There's also a large variety of games that are often being updated, and the ads are never inappropriate (knowing kids will full well be playing these games, I hope). The interface is also very fast, unlike a lot of kid friendly sites I've found. There's a game for everyone here! :)

I lost all my progress…

I was playing a game for five days and lost all my progress...twice. The first time I thought it was something I did wrong, now I know it's the game or site. Used contact me to send a message with my public email but no answer yet.

Terrible game website

Terrible games system. Almost as bad as miniclips. Computer players hitting exact numbers to take you out and while you're hitting the worst possible thing on your turns

I was given an error when i'm playing…

I was given an error when i'm playing Merge And Fight. I had completed 2 levels. And now 3 stickmans. I started a battle, then the error popped up. It was freezing forever. Never ever play again until the bug is fixed!
