I worked for this company in 2016, I wish I read reviews before I accepted the post of a support worker.Loved the lady I was looking after she was an absolute joy. However I was forced by the manager to make my lady do things she didn't want to do which I objected to and made my feelings known, I was subjected to extreme bullying and verbal abuse I suffered anxiety attack had to leave my post I ended up in hospital... No point in complaining to head office you are ignored and replaced easily.Also support workers are expected to work 24hr shifts with no break and with no life. So glad I don't work there anymore, DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY. This company claims to care for individuals with mental health issues and learning disabilities and yet they cause most of their staff to be off work with depression... ironic😡
