My friend taught me to always have a range of options while searching for services online, and credit repair was no exception. I discovered his rule: try a service for three months, then cancel and go on to the next business if nothing changes.

I joined Credit Glory. I paid them for three months, but nothing changed. They couldn't even get a hard inquiry to drop off, even though I needed a few collections accounts and late payments erased. When I sought to talk to someone, I was always given the runaround and never received any real updates on my status. My friend had warned me about this exact trend while he was using Google to check if he was alone. Many others have had similar bad experiences, when initially excellent customer service simply deteriorates with time.

All I truly need is to pay off 2 lease Brakes do to medical emergency with my husband finding out he has MS and haveing to move do to stairs and him fainting and so we need to rent and cant do to the collection Southern Management System is on my credit report. So I called them to pay off debt owed! Yes eveything Turned around GABY WITH NO LAST NAME SAID pay a $1 then $24 the $99 a month then $378 for Start Up AND STARTED TO GET FRUSTRATED with me and give me a little bit of attitude towards the end because I got them asking for more help more information and do that I noticed there was something off something was not right and so still continued thinking you know if they have a legit website I did look them up prior and nothing seemed of concern so I did sign the contract I submitted a whole bunch of forms with all the proof of all of everything that has debt for the consolidation even though that was not anywhere near what I was trying to do all I wanted to do truly was to pay off both of my lease Brakes in order for us to move or buy a home. Southern Management Systems ends up connecting me to Creditglory.com I even explained i have all documents of proof of loss of income do to so much challenges i currently do home with my son do to his disability of ADHD

Reading my rites and if i want to cancel this is what its says

so I home school I explained the monthly charge I am dont really see me being able to afford this and all she said was you need to get out of debt this is something that will help you with consistency and show proof she turned it around and made it about credit but with an attitude every single email everything that was sent to me I requested an immediate cancellation also blocked my card Praise God !and didn't allow the $1 fee to link to my account so now they cannot access any funds and I did immediate cancer over and over again to every email that was sent to me waiting on confirmation and yeah it seems five stars when you initially have your conversation but then once you continue down the road you see that is a one star if possible and negative star for trying to steal people's money and time.

If I was looking to get a better credit score perhaps this would be for me. I clearly stated my purpose was to clear actual debt. This process does NOT prevent those that hold the credit from suing you to collect the funds. I realized this moments after ending the first call and immediately called back to cancel and request a refund. They did not provide one immediately and required I speak with a manager that I could not stay on hold for, but had to wait for return call within 24 hours. Ironically the same time period as sending the communications that seals their end of the contract. I do not want them to send anything and am praying they don't and that I can get the money back and use it how I needed to. If they refund my review will drastically improve.

I got scammed. I was trying to take care of a debt. I called them by mistake, but he insisted I was at the right place. Yes my fault for calling them. I was an idiot! I realize that. But again he kept reassuring me that I had called the right person. He then asked that I needed to pay one dollar so that he could open my dept. idiot me gave him that information. I told him I just need a copy of my bill to be emailed to me. Within 2 minutes he charged my card 1357.00 thank god my bank sent me a message to approve the payment. I said no . I told him that hey you just tried to charge my card??!! He said no no no that shouldn’t have happened. I said well it did. At this time I knew I was talking to the wrong person! 2 days later I had another hit on my card for 24.95 from standard score. ?? Who the heck is that?? I called my bank again they said that I had signed up for credit cleanup services?? No I did not!! I had to cancel my card. I called the company and told them what happened, she assured me that that would be reversed and she said you will receive an email stating so. Well it’s the next day and no email no refund! No I have to call tjem back again. I’m so mad at myself for doing this. But!!! He was telling me false information trying to keep me on the phone. He should have been honest and said “ no Miss you call the wrong company “ that’s all he had to do. What a nightmare and it’s not even over. They took advantage of me. ZERO STARS !! Watch what your doing please.
