This service appears to be fraudulent. I have left messages but have not received any callbacks. The investment checks stopped on 8/25/2025. I have over $300,000 in retirement funds invested and am still working because I had to postpone retirement until this is resolved as promised. I plan to contact authorities next week to file a complaint and will be involving an attorney for collections.

This service is the lowest quality I’ve encountered. They accepted my funds but refused to return them. I tried all methods. Their team stated that support would be reachable after three failed attempts, then denied further attempts. A different service provided exceptional intervention and helped me avoid losing money.
The company has stopped sending me distributions for several months. There was a previous investigation by authorities, and they have a bad reputation for deceiving investors. I plan to take legal action against the company. Stop misleading me; you are deceiving investors with false advertisements.
Caution for investors! This investment is illiquid and extremely complicated, as shown by the extensive legal documentation. The company was recently investigated by authorities, lacks transparency in communication, the advisors are poorly trained and slow to respond, and the leadership is inflexible regarding investor exit.
They did not send me the required IRS Tax Form '1099B'. I emailed about this but received no reply. The contact for investor services never responds to my emails. When I call, I only reach an answering machine with no callbacks. This is not how to conduct business with investors. Only one person answers the phone, but they lack knowledge regarding IRS forms.
I made three separate investments in 2023 and received the promised 10% annual interest deposited monthly, along with a 6% annual interest bonus every quarter. I am very pleased with this investment and may consider investing more in the future.
