CreditOne is the slowest unorganized company I have been in mercy of. I paid my full account off but I had to send in paperwork for validation of my account. I have never been subject of having a full paid off account and have it on hold after giving all of my paperwork. That was successful apparently approved. But waiting for the back office.
This credit bank is so ridiculous ! I always try and make payments and I guess by the time they take the funds out the funds aren’t there anymore or not enough funds by that time . Like why is it taking soo many days to take out the payment ? When I make a payment I’m assuming it’s getting taken out not just letting it sit in my bank for days and days ? So idk what the issue is but it’s getting annoying and then they consistently call you over and over and over . I finally had to block so many numbers because it was getting ridiculous . Like 8-10 calls a day
Have had Credit One for over 6 months now with no problems! Applying was easy and got my best credit line from them! Interest is a little high but they help those with riskier credit! App is super easy to use just make payments on time and watch you credit build! Thanks Credit One
BEWARE AMERICA! BEWARE Foreign companies ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE! As usual out for the money with a up scale scam called credit. While having you like starving dogs longing for a bone, Credit One Bank fu#@KS, you with injustice, failed reporting, Interest Fees even when you pay your part on time. NO WORRIaeS STIP CRaeDaiAt ONE BaNK from making a fool out of you PAY it off and NEVER use The Card again, just pay the small fee and get your good report and let Credit One Bank burn trying to stay alive without any members late fees. you will NO longer aid their corrupt game with your over usage late payments and the STruggle of trying to do the right thing for a soon to be CLOSED DOWN company.
Bringing back customer service to the people, Credit One gave me a $67 credit towards my card to me for being a good customer, have you ever tried to get a resolution with the company, this company gives you so many options to contact them and they’re there and respond with courtesy thank you Credit One if you’re looking to get a card for your first time, choose them
This Credit One bank is nothing but fraud. They targaret poor black areas and saying they are helping to build their credits which is a lie! They send me a prepaid credit card in the mail {which Idon't like credit cards} for $2000 dollars. So, when I received the original card back it was only for $300.00 dollars. l had an issued with that, false appertised. I only used $90.00 and paid terms was $ 30.00 I paid back $30.00 they did not give me credit for that $300 dollars,instead they charged me $90. before my term due date I decided to closed it because I knew something fraudent about Credit One Bank. They went from $300 to $600.00 in collection.
Highly Unprofessional! Got approved for a Credit Card and it was shipped out July 11th. 7-10 business days till delivery. I received an email that my “… card has arrived” Checked my mail, nothing. I called and was told to wait 3 more days. Waited a bit over 3 days, nothing. I called again. I was told it was the 9th business day and my card should be delivered tomorrow on the 10th business day. Checked my mail on the 10th business day, I received a statement balance, no card (the balance for my yearly fee) which they already charged before I received a card. I called again, they cancelled the card and now sent out another card which I was told to wait another 7-10 business days.
