If I can give them a minus number I would. It’s a scam. Once you order the “free” trial, they automatically put you on order ship for full size bottles with a month payment plan of $92 per month for 3 months. That’s $276!!! They will tell you it’s in the fine print… BS. Don’t order unless you want to be sucked in. Besides, the product doesn’t work.
Crepe Erase/The Body Firm subscriptions are convoluted. They don't communicate well with their subscribers and the website is not user friendly. That said, their products are fantastic. However, they have now discontinued the citrus scented step one Body Refining Exfoliant, which is a shame. I'll not be using their products any longer. BRING BACK THE CITRUS SCENTED BODY REFINING EXFOLIANT.

and I called customer service early in the morning 2/9 to cancel the product
She said it cannot be canceled because it’s already a warehouse
And she was reading to me their policy
Well, I told her to read careful the policy cancellation
It can be canceled before it’s been shipped
She was keep talking and repeating herself about how much costed me and I can cancel until 60 days
And also, she told me she have cancel the further shipments

Stay away from this company! They don't disclose that your initial "auto-shipment" will exceed $200. They claim you can return unwanted items, but when I tried, they continued to charge me. Once I figured this out, they refused to issue a refund without a tracking number for the return, even though they had received it. This is undoubtedly a scam, and I am extremely dissatisfied.

Do not purchase from this service. They will entrap you in an expensive subscription plan without your knowledge. I thought it was a one-time buy, but they charged over $200 from my account. Finally, after threatening legal action, the last agent found my account, apologized, and canceled it. Don't fall for these tactics!

While the product quality is acceptable, the way this service manages subscriptions and cancellations is unacceptable. I wasn't made aware that I was signing up for a subscription. They charged my card before shipping, and when I tried to cancel immediately, they refused and shipped it anyway. I had to pay for shipping both ways just to return something I attempted to cancel before it even left their warehouse. This feels misleading, and I won't order again.
