The company has already gotten in trouble with the FTC for deceptive pricing and creating fake reviews, which they continue to do.

I am an avid genealogist for decades. I have taken two tests with Ancestry DNA. I have lines in my family back to the 1500's. Nowhere was there any English connections but your report indicates that it is the most prominent portion of my genetic makeup.I put no trust or reliability in the results you gave me.
