Just wanted to say massive thank you to the lovely staff in kid-eco shop! Firstly what an amazing shop so beautiful organised with such beautiful items and at such great prices which then goes into families that need help. They also have a lovely sofplay clean and safe inside! Just such a good idea and overall such a lovely thing to do. I don’t live nearby but I will definitely go to lakeside more simply to visit this lovely shop and staff! Thanks again everyone x

Please avoid! It Started off great, got confirmation email of purchase and then 2 days later an email saying it was shipped. However, no information, links or live tracking for the delivery and have no idea who it was dispatched with as we still haven't received our order and its nearly 2 weeks. No phone number on website to call only a "contact" filling in form. Had no response from the online form on their Web page or from emails I've sent to their sales team. I'm going to have to call my credit card conoany to see if I can get my money back through them as i think it's a bogus company! No address or phone number.
Very slow delivery. As I write the item has not even been delivered and the party that it was for has already happened. I emailed to try to get an update on my order and had zero response. Very unhappy with the service. I ordered a week before the event. The fact that you can’t really contact the company either is very frustrating.
NOT DELIVERED!!!Ordered 10 days ago and still not received. The estimated delivery was 13th September 2024 and it is now 19th September 2024 and I haven’t heard anything. I have now sent the company two messages but have not received any response! Very disappointed.
