Hi, my name is Ralen Bahi-an. For reference, my Cryptonomy CustomerID is #25822. On May 30, I tried to withdraw my Solana interest 'paid' to me. After a day passed, it was still pending, and then the day after (today), they canceled the contract, and then made a new one. I then contacted their support to see what happened. I showed them screenshots and a video that I took (which, in retrospect, was a very smart move), and they initially tried to blame the action on a feature called the 'Portfolio Optimization feature.' This feature is not listed anywhere on their Terms and Conditions, nor on the Loan Terms. There is no such button (which the support guy claimed existed, but I showed him a screenshot and video proof that it does not appear) to approve this magical feature. After I showed the evidence and indicated my intention to make a YouTube video about this, they threatened me by claiming they reserve the right to seize my assets and disable my account. These threats, of course, are useless when you have already taken my assets.I am including the chat log below. Warning do not invest any cryptocurrency into this scam.. My coins were just about to mature and then they extended and stole my cryptocurrency and tried to blame it on me for pushing the wrong button.. I am sure they do understand all Cryptocurrency can be tracked even put into a mixer.. The trail will lead us to the source.. (They told me if i didn't remove my bad reviews they will lock my account in 1 hours time..) The fictitious portfolio sale proceeded according to plan. No one received their money, Fraud.Based on my experience, my money suddenly vanished, I had about $320,520 in XRP and $87,625 in XLM in my account, but it dropped to $145,255 in XRP and $25,972 in XLM after I called and texted customer service numerous times without getting a response. I even tried to withdraw the remaining balance but noticed I can’t withdraw from my account, my account was frozen, two days later, all of the money was gone, though I could still access my account. I thought i have lost it allI attempted to call support, and they kept making the same excuses. When I realized after a week that I would never receive my money back from them, I spoke with my sister, who put me in touch with an agency that allowed me to withdraw all of my stolen and seized assets. I was cautioned to never use this platform again because they are scammers that allow you to invest significant sums of money before freezing your account and making it impossible for you to withdraw. If you are in a similar scenario and are trying to find a means to get your money back, take a look at subject and send me a message so I can assist you. Cryptonomy support stated that a tiny portion of 12-month fixed contracts that expired in January 2025 would take up to 60 days beyond the maturity date to return money to investors. Cryptonomy support informed me that certain contracts still require up to 90 days beyond maturity to release investor assets, even though my contracts were 60 days past due. The majority of my 12-month fixed contracts are past due by more than 120 days, and several reviews from Cryptonomy clients indicate that their contracts are past due by more than 180 days. I have invested over $123,000 in cryptocurrency overall, and they are taking advantage of me in this way, then all of a sudden my account was frozen and i couldnt assess my account anymore This is happening because Cryptonomy is scam and they take all of your money without allowing you to withdraw your assets. I tried to contact support but they keep making the same excuses, no one was willing to help me get my money back. After several months, I realized that I would never get our money back from Cryptonomy, so I decided to talk to my brother, who helped me connect with an organization that helped me withdraw all of my assets that Cryptonomy had stolen and seize, i was warned to never use this platform again cause they are scam they let you invest and then frooze your account unable you to withdraw, if you going through similar situation and you looking for a way to recover your money back look subject and write to me to help youStay away from Cryptonomy, save yourself now…
Another quick update to my previous review.customer ID#26971it is now confirmed, Cryptonomy business is a scam and these people are con-artis. My ALGO contract (Contract ID: 0D2D6A906028), was supposed to expired on 28th of May. It is now well over one month since the expiry date, my ALGO tokens have not been returned to my wallet and are still locked up in the fixed term contract without an expiry date. This is my second round of this bullshit and at this point I have considered the fact that I have lost all of my crypto. Cryptonomy if you are truly a legitimate business then you shouldn't have any problem with returning all of my crypto, same for everyone else. Otherwise it's would further solidify the fact that you all are a bunch of scammers and the Law will catch up to you all shortly. You have my customer ID and Email, feel free to contact and prove me wrong and I would retract my comments. Otherwise this will stay and I will make sure to update regularly for the whole community to see
I wish I would have done my research prior to depositing any crypto into their website. I read reviews where if you try and make a withdrawal, the funds you tried to withdraw mysteriously makes it's way into a Fixed Time Deposit. I didn't think it was true until I tried it. My initial fixed time deposits finally matured after 1 year. I had deposited XDC and XRP. I initiated a withdrawal for my XDC. A message popped up stating it will be processed within 24hrs. I wish I would have screen shot everything as previous reviews had stated to do. I checked my account the following morning and some how my withdrawal for XDC became a Fixed Deposit for 6 months. Not only that, my XRP which i didn't try to withdraw also became a Fixed Deposit for 6 months. Contacted Customer support. They gave me some fluff about how I may have inadvertently activated the Portfolio Optimization feature. Which i know I didn't. So we'll see what happens when this matures and I try to make another withdrawal. I am definitely going to document and screenshot everything. User Beware!!! I smell a scam!!!
A few months back, Cryptonomy had the nerve to send me an email, claiming they’d graciously renegotiate my contracts and offer an early exit—months late actually. Desperate to finally get my crypto, I agreed. Things seemed to move forward when interest payouts started hitting on these so-called new contracts, so I initiated a withdrawal to my self-custody wallet yesterday. In yet another stunning display of sheer arrogance, instead of processing my withdrawal, Cryptonomy locked my crypto into another 6-month contract AGAIN! I haven’t seen a single payout since last year. I recorded the withdrawal attempt, its conversion to a fixed contract, using two different devices, capturing how my pending withdrawal was hijacked into another contract hours later. A side-by-side video will be hitting YouTube shortly. Are you going to tell me I faked the video using two separate devices to record your scam, Cryptonomy? I've already reported Cryptonomy to all US authorities including the FBI, the FTC, the SEC, the Secret Service, the CFTC, DOJ Cryptocurrency Enforcement and the Georgia Secretary of State Securities division. I suggest all Cryptonomy I also just contacted my congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene who, like her or not, has been responsive to issues I had in the past.

Tried to move FIVE QNT 🙄 to my personal wallet and guess what everyone?! It was moved to a fixed account 😳. Not only did they move it to a fixed account, they took the other QNT that was already in a fixed account (illegally of course ) and added it to the total to start the clock all over again. This company, as everyone on here knows is completely and utterly corrupt and complicit in numerous financial crimes. This exit strategy crap they are spewing out, is nothing but another illegal scheme to get you to sign your rights to your crypto away. STAY AWAY!!! One more thing, especially to their customer support group and Michelle. Your BS canned responses and threats of legal action are laughable at best.
