I ordered the clone not entirely sure what to expect but I was blown away by the quality and im very grateful to Cuddle Clones and their team for the really lifelike replica of my girlfriends cat!
What a scam. My sister orders one of these after the loss of my beloved cat. She was a brown tabby, and what they sent was a cheap carnival prize knockoff GREY cat. It looks nothing like my girl, and for a $200 product, this thing feels like it cost $5 to make. Company is absolutely a scam, do not fall for it!!
I chose to return my clone for specific reasons, and the service team was very accommodating! They truly value their customers and work hard to ensure they provide a product that meets their customers' expectations!
Misleading claims and low-quality materials. Their pajamas, in particular, are made from an incredibly uncomfortable, scratchy polyester fabric that is the worst I've encountered in clothing. They promote it as "buttery soft," which is far from the truth. Interestingly, they provide a satisfaction guarantee for other personalized items, but not for this one, which suggests they are aware of the product's poor quality. I reached out to their customer support, but they declined to offer a refund, exchange, or any form of compensation for failing to meet their advertised standards. A significant disappointment.
The first clone created didn't quite match my cat's appearance. I had to return it, which took weeks. Now that I'm about to receive it again, it still isn't an exact likeness, but I suppose it's acceptable. I'm considering trying again, though I wonder about the value of expressing dissatisfaction. Overall, I'm just glad to have it back. The customer service was exceptionally friendly!
Caution: If you place an order with this service, they do not take responsibility for delivering the finished product. I paid extra for expedited processing, and they indicated it would be ready in two days, yet it remained at their processing center for more than a week before shipping. They offered no assistance or resolution, and now I am left without these items for holiday gifts. Unsatisfactory customer service.
COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY. AVOID THIS SERVICE. They altered the pajamas, giving the photo a blue tint, rendering the dog unrecognizable. There was no communication about any production issues; they simply shipped the item. When I provided photos showcasing the clear production mistake, they attributed it to the image and refused to redo the product, offering only a minimal partial refund. The gift is now ruined.
