I chose Cultural Care because I wanted a program that felt organized, supportive, and truly focused on cultural exchange. Throughout my journey, I’ve felt guided and accompanied, especially during important moments like matching and adapting to a new country.

Kristin Coulter was extraordinary in helping us navigate a situation with an au pair that did not work out. She provided great advice and worked quickly to resolve the issue. She provided terrific customer service and was very understanding!
The interface of the CC app is super easy to follow, even though it was my first time trying it out without any help I was able to create my account and star the process to be an au pair without any problems. This agency is well organized, and when we had questions or doubts they promptly guide me to solve them. If your still considering trying this out, I'll suggest to just do it! You have to try and see for yourself if this is for you rather than waiting for someone else to doing what you wanted.
Watching the Brooklyn Nets game was a special experience, but watching it as an ambassador was a unique and unforgettable one. Meeting other au pairs and sharing this moment was truly wonderful, being immersed in American culture and feeling the energy in the stands. I highly recommend this experience and I recommend participating in the ambassador program because it allows you to live a truly unique experience!

I’ve been part of this program for some time, and while it offers great opportunities, I’ve also been through some very difficult and at times scary experiences. For a long time, I felt like I was navigating situations on my own without the level of support I truly needed. Looking back, I strongly believe that some of these challenges and even rematches could have been avoided with more active involvement and guidance early on.
Everything changed when I began working with my current LCC, Kassi. She genuinely listens, steps in when needed, and understands that speaking up to host families on your own can be intimidating. Her support made me feel heard, protected, and guided rather than alone. Having an LCC like her from the beginning would have made a huge difference in my experience.

Ilka was extremely helpful in offering positive feedback that will assist us in making a better match if we rematch. She provided suggestions on how to improve our descriptions of our children, which will help us find the right person to care for them.
