My Apple Pay somehow had my work address on it and I caught it after receiving my confirmation email. I panicked and immediately. I reached out via email with the correct address and they IMMEDIATELY got on it. Shot outs to Donna for moving swiftly on this matter, because it matters to me to have that beautiful hat for an outing with my wife of 20 yrs we have coming up.

A representative named Jess helped me at first change my shipping address, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, my order was supposed to be here 1 week ago and I have been completely ghosted ever since. I had high hopes at first, but I will not order from this company again.

Yeah i was going to buy a shoe for my uncle i ordered size 10 it should fit him but too big for him so i cancelled it and just order size 11 for him . Thank you and thanks as well for Donna for the smooth transaction for cancelling
I can't reach anyone. The company culture kings used for my delivery dropped off in an open area. Ontrac is horrible with delivery. My package wasn't there. They took a Pic of sowmrhing on their site and claimed to deliver. I think it's horrible that culture kings can't be contacted
