I have endured a very frustrating and ongoing experience with the service. For about 2.5 years, I have been without medication for 9 months; during 3 of those months, I had an active prescription. I have frequently been left without my prescribed medical cannabis due to persistent stock shortages. Even more concerning, no suitable alternatives are provided, leaving me entirely without treatment.
This has had severe repercussions for my health. I depend on this medication for pain relief and seizure management. Being forced to halt and restart medication because of stock issues has triggered seizures, intensified my pain, and caused significant nausea. The seizures become particularly severe when medication is abruptly stopped and then restarted — something any responsible healthcare provider should recognize and prevent.
Since it is so uncommon for me to actually receive my medication, I have ceased paying for consultations, as they have become futile. There is no point in paying to be prescribed something that is rarely available.
What adds to my frustration is the situation regarding medical cannabis in the UK. While it is technically legal, patients are left vulnerable. Clinics can prescribe medication without any obligation to ensure a steady supply, continuity of care, or safe alternatives. This would be unacceptable with any other controlled or long-term medication.
Providing patients with treatment and then repeatedly leaving them without it — especially when seizures and chronic pain are involved — is dangerous, unethical, and counterproductive to healthcare. I now find myself in limbo, unsure how to manage my condition due to the service's continued failures.
I cannot recommend this service to anyone who relies on stable, continuous medication. The stock shortages, lack of alternatives, and absence of accountability have directly jeopardized my health.

Living inland in the UK, I can't comprehend the holdups. The pharmacy's service is appalling regarding timely prescription dispensing, especially given the costs involved! They treat prescriptions as if it's a privilege rather than a right. It's disheartening to see them ask for reviews, likely making patients feel pressured to comply for better service. I ordered on a Thursday, while a friend ordered the next day and received theirs promptly. I live just two streets away, yet I am still waiting! It's now Monday, and I have yet to receive my medication. This company seems to take your money and prolong the process, while pretending to care for your wellbeing. I can't believe I'm consistently facing such treatment from so-called professionals after paying for my prescriptions! I sincerely hope management looks into this ongoing issue, though I remain skeptical. Consider this: if you have a serious medical condition and your prescription is delayed for days, would you not view this as negligence? Remember, as a verified medical cannabis holder, the experience should be better, not worse. Imagine a private service taking your money and making you wait for essential medicine!
