I am Leandro from Perth, in Western Australia. I have come to Grace Touch to to get hair implant. I had great experience. Everything was exactly as advertised from hotel pick ups and drop offs to meals provided whilst at the clinic and clear communication about all the steps the were going to take place. Also whenever the some question were not answered right away there was an interpreter who were ready to step in and clear things out.
painful , I remembered After filling out the forms, they trying to sell me other products they have and putting pressure to buy , once I refused I feel they changed,I have explained to them that the dealIt was clear from the start and all included on price . Now, it has been three months after the operation, things do not look good. There are still gaps and deformities in the donor area. Dr. Murad said he transplanted 8500 Grafts, but when I checked we a local specialist in Australia confirmed to me that at most, 4,000 were implanted. Dr. Murad is a liar and cannot be trusted, as he did not keep his promises and responsibilities.There are also many details I haven't mentioned.Anyone who wants to deal with this Grace touch clinic should think twice , as there are many good centers in Türkiye, and avoid this scam .I have informed all my friend ho want to do his hair transplant after so they all cancelled.After all this horrible experience I be making same Post and video on YouTube against this clinic and share it around . Also I will upload same more photos including the temporary denture they made me !!!

Everything was more than I expected, professional doctors and team, transfer from airport-hotel, hotel-clinic, hotel back to airport , extra benefits services for hair transplant available , good hotel with breakfast. They offered me a package with very good price and was no extra cost on the end. Very happy with the result for now after DHI hair transplant + red light dermolazer therapy + stem cell + ozone therapy , I wait to see the progress after 6 months. 🇬🇧 🇹🇷 😍🥰
I chose the clinic based on Google reviews. I had been in touch with the clinic and doctor for about 3 months before coming for the Hair Transplant. I was given a clear process as what they were going to do and the cost etc. When it was nearer for my Hair Transplant they booked my Hotel and transportation. It was a very easy process. On the day of Hair Transplant, I was well looked after and was explained every process. Came back next day for hair wash and was given my pack of tablets and hair wash. Now looking for a good result.
