I placed my order for the 2.5 glp medication and was contacted by the online doctor within three days for a consultation. On the same day, the pharmacy reached out to me. I received an email confirming delivery within two working days. Excellent service overall.
I had a very frustrating experience with the service. They failed to approve my consultation, claiming their system couldn't locate my uploaded proof of ID. My order was canceled due to this issue, and I was charged £15 for the inconvenience! I will not be using them again!

I wouldn't describe my experience as exceptional. I had been on 10mg for over a year and waited about 6 weeks before requesting to return to it. Starting at 2.5mg seems more like a profit strategy; I believe 5mg would have sufficed. Additionally, having two consultations feels unnecessary—why couldn't the first representative handle the other two brief discussions? It all seems a bit convoluted. However, I've returned to this service because I do have trust in them.
