My experience so far

I’m now in my second month of the 3-month program with Nirva Health, and I already feel such a difference. The Gut Reset Program has been a truly positive experience for me.I’ve struggled for years with challenging times with my digestion and the symptoms of menopause. When I saw Nirva on Facebook, I decided to give it a try, and from the very first call, I felt reassured. The sign-up process was smooth, and I was happy to receive an introductory offer as well. From the beginning, Dr. Laxmi has been at the heart of my journey. She listens with warmth and understanding, explains each step clearly, and makes me feel completely comfortable confiding in her. Her presence is so calming and nurturing that it feels like she’s right next to me in the consultation. She also gives me great tips to follow, and she shares so much positivity and empowerment in her words. When I recently reached out through the app with a health-related concern I was experiencing, she responded quickly and kindly guided me on the steps for recovery. She also checked in on me over the app a few days later to see how I was doing. Dr. Laxmi truly goes over and beyond with her care and support, and that makes me feel so valued and looked after.Dr. Nayana has also been wonderful. She listens attentively and always gives her best advice, which reassures me greatly. She often shares delicious recipes and explains the nutritional value behind them, helping me understand the health benefits of what I’m eating. She also explains really well how the brain and gut work hand in hand, which gives me such a deeper understanding of my health. Both Dr. Laxmi and Dr. Nayana are very quick and thorough in recapping my reviews, which keeps me on track and motivated. Together, they work beautifully as a team to make sure I get the very best out of this program. They also introduced me to Dr. Sahana, my yoga teacher, whose positivity shines through every live session. She takes the time to listen and understand any ailments I need to focus on, and then gives me the exact poses to strengthen those particular areas. She focuses on exactly what I need. and after years of menopause stiffness, I can nearly cross my legs again! I also enjoy following the daily yoga recordings, which keep me moving and motivated. On top of this, Nirva hosts regular workshops. I recently joined one with Dr. Sruthi on joint health, which was so helpful and informative. Alongside the doctors’ amazing care, the app ties everything together so well. It makes it easy to follow my plan and includes yoga pose recordings, delicious bespoke recipes, podcasts, and relaxation practices. It feels like every part of me is being cared for. I also love that it allows me to write my own notes like a diary to monitor my journey, which makes it even more personal and reflective. They make this journey exciting, and it doesn’t feel like a chore, especially with the flexibility they offer.I know I still need to keep working on myself, and the issues I experience are going to take some time to get better, but I have no doubt that together we will make it. So far, this journey has been such a positive and encouraging experience. The doctors are empathetic, motivating, and truly reassuring. I feel hopeful, supported, and so much better in myself. I’m truly grateful and would recommend Nirva to anyone who wants not just a program, but a caring community that goes above and beyond. Thank you Lots of Love Mayuri

I have suffered from ulcerative colitis…

I have suffered from ulcerative colitis for 15 years. When I had my colonoscopy in October 2022, the gastroenterologist was not happy, as I had polyps growing in my intestines and inflammation. I was advised to take an enema every other day for a year, and if it didn’t improve my condition, I would need to take immunosuppressants. I took enema for a month and started having swollen tongue. I have stopped taking the enema. Worried about this, I came across Nirva’s advertisement on Instagram and decided to join.Since I couldn’t afford both the diet and yoga packages, I opted for yoga. The coaches were amazing—despite only participating in yoga sessions, they still helped me with my health queries. I had incredible yoga and health coaches who consistently worked hard to make me feel better.I have been practicing yoga with Nirva continuously since April 2023. In September 2024, I opted for both the diet and yoga plan. I had a calprotectin test done in October 2024, which showed that my inflammation levels were very low. I had a colonoscopy in May 2025, and the results showed that my disease was quiescent. What a relief to hear! After struggling with this condition for 15 years, this news was truly a blessing. Thanks to Nirva, as well as the doctors and coaches who helped me on my journey to recovery.I highly recommend Nirva to anyone struggling with health issues. Even if you can’t afford the full package, please opt for yoga and practice it regularly—it will definitely make you feel better. Consistency is key.

SCAM!

SCAM!! BE AWARE ON WHAT SERVICE YOU NEED/ PAY FOR- they will say yes to everything just to get your money I paid £500 for a 1:1 tailored gut health programme where I was promised it wouldn’t be just about diet and yoga but it would address and provide the services that I needed, which were to learn about my Gut, learn how to eliminate and open up the elimination pathways, heal my gut and to understand the root causes of my own gut issues. I wasn’t provided with that. Instead they kept just giving me recipes and they said just trust us. Even though I followed the recipes My health didn’t improved I gained more weight, more inches around my waist, my stress as increase from there being with them from the constant communication me telling how my health is getting worse or different symptoms I was experiencing and that I don’t just need recipes alone. They could see there was no improvements on my health and they didn’t make significant changes. Then to be told 3 months later from Dr naveen- in my opinion and awful person to work with. Always wanting to be right/ no compassion, comparing me to others saying it worked for them, no accountability. When we were one-to-one and didn’t have my health coach as a witness that’s when he said it’s only a diet and yoga services the company provides and that there’s nothing else he can do to help. Felt me stressed, in disbelief, mis sold that I had to pay £500 for just recipes in yoga which has left me short of money and with my health been a lot worse, I'm really upset and more depressed about this. I requested a refund and they said they don’t do that, only offered an extension of just more recipes/ food suggestions that didn’t workI will say the staff even my health coach were friendly and supportive but as a company especially Dr Mrudula they shouldn’t have taken on my case knowing that they don’t provide the services that I needed. Again, I especially said I didn’t need just recipes/ diet and I was promised it wouldn’t be just about that but they said they offer the things that I needed but turns out it was a lie

It started with a thorough initial…

It started with a thorough initial assessment and realistic objectives were set based on my history. Practitioners then provided me with a detailed plan that included a diet plan and daily yoga sessions. A weekly consultation with a health practitioner was helpful to rewiev and monitor progress. A twined approach of controlled diet and yoga resulted in achieving the objectives and me coming off my anti-acid drug completely. I'm pleased with the outcome and great service.Malik Ahmed

Yoga and a diet. Pretty good!

The diet plan was fairly clear and definitely reduced my issues with wind and bloating. It aggravated my acid reflux a bit, but I blame that mostly on me forgetting to drink the herbal teas that were recommended (they even gave me recipes!).The yoga was nice and relaxing too. It helped with a tendon issue I got shortly before I started with them. It’s not 100% healed (yet) but it’s much less of an issue now.The staff were relatively quick to respond. I was initially put off by the auto-reply bot, but that only happens for the first message you send and isn’t reflective of the whole experience. After that first message, it’s pretty much always a human who gets back to you and gives you a human answer. As an added bonus, I appear to have lost some weight that had been clinging to me rather stubbornly despite my efforts to shake it off with vigorous exercise. I wouldn’t believe it if I (and my family) hadn’t seen it myself.
