I ordered Blink Intensive Tears (Order #30453555) on Feb 21st. They delivered a bottle that expired in Jan 2026. This is a serious safety violation under EU Medical Device Regulations.
Worse, I used the drops before noticing the date, and my urgent emails to customer service have been completely ignored. Extremely poor quality control and irresponsible support. I am now reporting this incident to the IGJ (Dutch Health Inspectorate).

This feels like a scam, because their own support team told me to request a refund due to a website error, ignored that request, and then created an order a day later without my approval. I was charged during checkout, got an error saying no order was processed, and support told me not to reorder and to email for a refund. I did, and instead of replying, they suddenly processed an order. When I asked again for a refund (before the goods had been sent out), they said it couldn’t be cancelled and that I’d have to return the goods first. It’s now been 20 days and I still don’t have my money.
