Review Time
I am an older player (will be 75 a week from today) and have played Warcraft for 20 years (blame my kids and grandkids:) . I enjoy playing several of the classic varieties, as well as playing Retail WoW.
With the advent of Anniversary Classic Burning Crusades, I was told, that there were addons available, so checked my CurseForge addon app to see what would be helpful. I could not find a listing for the Anniversary version. Checked everything that I could to no avail. I contacted support and was totally surprised how quickly they got back to me.
I had some difficulty wading through some of the things I needed to check, we spent a few email rounds trying to figure out what the problem was. They stuck with me and patiently walked me through checking all of the possibilities until we finally found out what the problem was.....me :) I missed noting that the problem had actually been solved earlier on, but I just did not know where to look to see it. These support folks were unbelievably kind and patient with me and worked with me until I clearly understood what I was missing. I truly did not expect to have such a quick response to my problem, nor so much friendly and courteous patience. I was AND AM really grateful that they felt my problem was worth investing so much time and effort into helping me to solve. They not only solved my problem, but helped me to better understand how to diagnose and rectify issues in the future. They definitely deserve 5 stars. I am sincerely grateful for their professionalism and their patience, which I won't soon forget.

This platform is controlled around ads, and there is no way uou can get around it.
I tried to buy a premium subscription, but that did not change my browser experience at all.
I still was prompted by logins and such.
I have only one ting to say: This is crap, stay away. Unless you sell your soul to CurseForge and trust all cookies from around the world. And are using Windows, because my Linux experience was not working at all.
Also, there is no way to contact these critters if you have a complaint, except devious links you get in your mailbox..
I received a reply to my submitted ticket within just 15 minutes regarding the purchase of a premium modification for my game. The response was clear and included excellent instructions with image references to assist me effectively. The service was outstanding, and I feel confident reaching out in the future if needed.
The login process is very frustrating. Although the platform itself is excellent, accessing it is a significant challenge. The authentication system has major flaws and fails to recognize even basic profiles. Improvements to the launcher are necessary.
The AI support was ineffective, as the suggested solutions didn’t apply to the game, which isn’t listed in the app. However, Dana was prompt and accurate. She requested my account ID and transaction details for verification, then manually confirmed my purchases.
I hadn’t previously purchased premium mods until recently. After buying a few, they suddenly disappeared from my game. The support team helped me resolve the issue, and while it took some time, their responses were consistent. The representative provided clear instructions and escalated the matter to developers for further resolution. My problem was addressed in a friendly and respectful manner. I feel reassured knowing I can seek help if needed.
