Review Time
Having gone through the process of setting up a new account and unfortunately placing a new order on 23rd August I have now been trying to cancel the order without any success whatsoever. There was nothing available on my new account to cancel plus I contacted curvissa on 3 occasions without any success. So my experience with curvissa has been abysmal. At the present moment I have no idea if my order has been delivered or cancelled. Very poor customer service. I will close my account and never use curvissa again
Good communication/updates. Quality products; ordered multiple trousers for suitability for wedding attendance. Just one note of feedback is the return policy which didn’t indicate that I should ask for tracking which I was told by a friend today.
I have used this site multiple times in the past few years. Needed a fuss free pair of trousers for everyday use and I wasn't in the mood to shop in person. The site was easy to navigate but had limited choice. I picked 3 pairs from different vendors. I was dissappointed with the fabric and sizing. Items came up too small. I gave up after 2 return attempts.
I kept looking at this jacket for a while, then decided to send for it. I wanted it as a tidy jacket for the cooler weather. Great, prompt delivery, well packaged. The jacket on opening looked really nice perfect length and that's where it stopped being nice. For a jacket, the sleeves were far too restrictive. They needed to be at least 2"/ 5cms wider to start with. There is no way I'd be able to wear a jumper underneath it albeit a thin one. Gutted, it's been returned today. The three stars is mostly for the delivery.

I first reached out via live chat on the 4th and was advised to wait until the 5th, which I did. On the 6th, I called and was told I would be contacted shortly. However, no one has reached out to me since then.Since that time, I have followed up several times via phone and live chat. Each time, I’ve been told that the issue is being worked on, yet no actual progress has been communicated to me. I find it quite frustrating that I always have to initiate contact, and no one from your team has provided updates or taken ownership of resolving the matter.At this point, I would prefer for the transaction to be closed so that I can go ahead and place a new one without any further delays or confusion.
