Exceptional support and communication throughout the design phase

The service was incredibly helpful and communicative during the design phase, making all my revisions and adjustments based on my patch design sketch. They quickly produced and shipped the final product once I approved the design. Trustworthy, easy to collaborate with, and the final product is stunning. The quality and stitching are excellent. However, it is important to mention that one of my colors was mistakenly swapped with another on the final product; the company acknowledged the error and offered compensation regardless. Just a minor issue.

The entire process was incredibly easy and swift. I submitted my details and design online, and soon after, a representative contacted me via messaging to confirm the details and discuss the design. I needed to make a few adjustments along the way, and each time, they responded promptly and updated the mock-up quickly.
