Excellent delivery Servce , I was contacted 45 minutes before arrival to confirm the delivery time, which was very helpful. They were very polite and friendly, quickly assembled the bed and checked it was in the right position. Great service

Very happy with the Orla Kiely Arklow extra large sofa and delivery. Baker&Stonehouse called to arrange a convenient date for us. Customer service was kind and helpful. Delivery was on time. Adrian and Charif have found a way how to get this big sofa through the house. They were fast and professional. Very happy with the sofa and the delivery.
Adrian and Charif made a light job moving in and assembly of our new sofa, even kindly offering to help out with furniture pads we wanted to fit, after which we said we’d do ourselves. Great guys, friendly, professional and very careful.
Kevin and Michael from Blaydon delivered us some furniture and they were top notch - courteous, took the furniture to our room of choice, removed all the packaging and even offered to put the draw handles on.

Our furniture arrived slightly damaged, after contacting customer services they reviewed the photos and it was resolved pretty quickly with a new set on order. Great customer service by Rebecca.
On time ,very clean even laid a blanket to protect the carpet, nice friendly chaps and took all the rubbish with them and placed the sofa and set it up where I wanted it 😀☺️ very happy 😊
Sharon Davis at the Knaresborough store was super helpful and knowledgeable, so professional and not pushy ( some assistants can be and puts me off ever buying anything )
She is an asset to the store and if you are going there id ask for her.
Great quality product although it’s not cheap it will last!! The two chaps who delivered it to us were great too James S and Jon C were not easy to find and the delivery wasn’t straight forward but they were great - took it all in their stride. Thank you
